A neutral refractories with an alumina content of more than 48% are formed and calcined from bauxite or other material with high alumina content.High thermal stability , refractoriness above 1790 degrees Celsius. 1. Refractoriness
The refractoriness of alumina fire bricks is higher than of clay bricks and semi-silica bricks,which is as high as high 1750℃~1790℃,which is an advanced refractory material.
2. Refractoriness under load
Due to the high Al2O3 content in high alumina products and the low amount of impurities,the formation of friable glass bodies is less,so the load softening temperature is higher than the clay bricks .
3. Slag resistance performance
High
alumina refractory bricks contains high content Al2O3 and close to the neutral refractories,which can resist the erosion of acidic slag and alkaline slag ,because it contains SiO2,the ability of resistance to alkaline slag is weaker than the ability to resistance to alkaline slag is weaker than the ability to resist acidic slag.

First ,when purchasing High Alumina Refractory Bricks the high-quantity High Alumina Bricks must have a smooth surface ,yellow white color,equal edges,no broken corners ,and no cracks.
Second ,weight the weight of a single bricks,according to the weight standard.
1: Grade I High Alumina Bricks weights 4.5kg,have more than 75% Al203 content.
2:Grade II High Alumina Brick has 4.2kg,have 60%~75%Al2O3 content.
3:Grade III High Alumina Brick has3.9kg,have 48%~60%Al2O3content.
The same level,the same type of Alumina Brick,if the weight of a single refractory brick reaches this standard, it is a high-quantity high fire brick. On the other hand ,if the weight is not reached,the quantity is good,if there are cracks,large pieces of broken angles,and the four sides are not equal,it is a substandard refractory brick product.
